Damac Properties Announces Its First Projects for 2025 in Dubai

DAMAC Properties, the largest private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the launch of the “Riverside Views” project in Dubai, which is the first project to be unveiled by the company in 2025.

It is a new project located within the “Riverside” community that combines luxury, comfort and a unique atmosphere, providing its residents with an exceptional living experience.

The announcement of this project comes after the great success achieved by the company last year, which witnessed the launch of a number of exceptional projects that received great demand and achieved huge sales.

The project launch event and press conference, which was held at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, was attended by Ameera Sajwani, Managing Director of Sales and Development at Damac Properties, and a group of executives from the company, in addition to a group of partners, real estate brokers and local and international media.

The event also hosted celebrities and influencers, including Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, after Damac Properties ran a month-long promotional campaign for Riverside Views across the UAE and other target markets including India, Japan, China, Russia and the US.
